what is the title?

Two movies have bogged me for a long time and i cant remember the titles
1) It's a b-movie and kind of James Bond/Indiana Jones rip off. Its got a hero in tuxedo and a monkey throwing grenades doing a high five kind of movement after every throw. I think its from the late 80's
2) I can only remember the ending (and maybe that is all i have seen). There is a camera on a cabin in the woods. A cowboy is making explosives using nitroglycerin. Drop by drop while he is sweating and trembling. Cue to a total shot of the cabin that explodes followed by the end credits.
