Help me name the movie please

Hi all
the only bits i can remember is theres this thing its wrapped around this human heart and there is a guy being questioned because he knows how to stop this thing around the heart and kill it with poison and he ends up getting the answer he wants and tells them to inject a needle in this creature type thing that has been wrapped around this human heart inside someones body i dont know if its a child or an adult sorry.
