So I’m trying to remember the name of a film and it’s been many years. I saw it on Netflix awhile back. I remember the beginning started off with a husband giving his wife a gift, then I remember next scene the husband who was some type of law enforcement getting an emergency call and then he goes to the scene and he walks into some basement with his swat team where he sees his wife strapped up to explosives, he then gets a call from the terrorist and he gives him two options, A: blow up your wife and everyone in the basement or B: shoot your wife and everyone lives and then he shoots his wife.

This is the only part I remember of the movie. Does anyone know ???
