Two prehistoric guys arrive into the present

Hi everyone,
For years I've googled and tried my best to remember the name of this movie.
All i remember are fragments. So, these caveman ( there might be only one) arrive into the present and are very scared and surprised.
Scene 1: they stare at the TV and attempt to take the people out, like they are trapped there.
Scene 2: they are taken by someone with a convertible car. The prehistoric guys scream in fear because the car is going to fast (10 mph) and an old lady horns and flashes them the middle finger as gets past them.
