Hi, I hope you movie buffs can help

I'm searching for a end sequence of a film with a TV Switching OFF CRT style at first I was think "Cable Guy" but it doesn't appear to be unless it's a different version? but now I'm thinking it was maybe a horror movie and then after scene the credits roll with heavy metal music - anyone have any idea?

Long shot, but Neighbors (1981) ends with a close-up of a TV before John Belushi picks it up and smashes it...and was actually supposed to end with a song by hardcore band (and Belushi buddies) Fear before they were forced off
