Two character police interrogation movie with a twist ending

The movie I am looking for I believe was only on TV and was not part of any series. What I remember is the entire show featured a woman Who has come in to report a crime filing or giving details to a crime. The detective becomes increasingly irritated because he has someplace to go And the woman is not getting to the point.In the end, he determines that the woman is the perpetrator of the crime. There was a third character who is another detective, but has no role in the interrogation.
