Re: Children being killed....
thanks for those! I still add movies here every time I see a child death on screen....I haven't seen many movies at all lately though, been busy. never fear, this topic won't ever die.

This is not really my kind of thing, even though I'm not terribly fond of children, but hey if I can help you enjoy yourself, then why not.
If I remember correctly there where scenes like what you are looking for in:
Shura
and
Beyond Hypothermia
Many thanks, but I did not find such film "Shura"... or did you think of
Shura Yukiyama
, aka
Princess Blade
?
Beyond Hypothermia
is a good one, pity it's off-screen...

Nope I'm thinking of
Shura
aka
Demons

Beyond Hypothermia
also has one of the most insanely brutal endings doesn't it. And if I remember correctly the child killing isn't off-screen a in that it is completely implied only off-screen in the sense that you only see
the killer looking at the kid and hesitating and then shooting
you don't see the actual death.

Has nobody mentioned
Halloween 3
? That's a good source of mini-corpses.

Never been a fan of the Flaming Lips, and that song doesn't really change my mind....but the video is pretty bizarre. I liked it.
and snallyagster I can't recall if that film was specifically mentioned already or not, but it's definitely one I was aware of
Sounds like I need to see
Beyond Hypothermia
even if the child death is off screen. And
Shura
looks pretty cool too.
cheers all.

Man, I was just watching this & thought of this thread. It's actually a pretty wild scene, even if it's unrealistically unbloody. At about the 20-minute mark, if you want to bother with the non-infanticide parts.
