This is very much a carbon copy of "Locke the Superman" an animated film that came out the year before with basically the same story and the characters even looked alike. That being said, this short 44 minute has a decent story and an interesting character who witnesses her father being killed at the age of 8 and using her latent ESP power transformers herself into an adult to try and kill Justy, after attacking Justy she loses her memory and even though she has the body of an adult she retains the mind of the child that she actually is. This is a decent sci-fi anime, it's nothing really special but it's short and a pretty solid watch.
