This is a good but flawed film. The fights and action is brutal however while I can deal with the leaps in logic and poor decisions that the characters and director makes but too much CGI, Shaky Cam, Slo-Mo, and quick cuts during the action scenes really detract from the fun. Kimo & Timo have good ideas and make interesting films but they're not that good at doing action scenes. Iko Uwais is developing into a very good action star and he's already more charismatic than Tony Jaa. Sunny Pang seems to be channeling a combination of Beat Takeshi & Min-sik Choi in his role as the lead villain. I found the pacing in this film to be an improvement over the first film I'd seen from Kimo & Timo which was "Killers" from 2014, these guys just keep getting better and better and I will continue checking out their films.
