The Greatest Showman

This movie seems to be getting a lot of hate and I'm not sure why. Does the movie have flaws? Yes of course, a lot of them actually but what makes this movie so great is the fact that it's pure entertainment ad doesn't try to be more than that.
Personally I felt that this film wasn't just a great musical but a great movie. I follows the well worn tropes of both musicals and standard dramas but it does it with heart and style. I thought everyone was great in this and while I felt none of the songs truly stood out I really liked all of the musical numbers.
