Yeah, same.
I also find it's much easier to write reviews of recently seen, fresh movies in one's head than it is to write reviews for pictures one saw many years ago. That being said, I am now up to 1200 reviews, and only 560 left!
Currently I have the amazing amount of 24 reviews for 877 votes. I have written three today, but still don't get used to make them every time I vote, so the work gets accumulated.
Nice! I have started the long journey, its fairly daunting. I am also trying to be more helpful. Although must of the time on the good or great films, I feel redundant because someone has already said it better.
Wow, congratulations man! That's really impressive; I'm at 1246 completed now, and that's almost two times less than you have, in roughly the same span of time.
If I lived in your region of Canada, I would take you out for a celebratory dinner tonight.
haha, I dunno if I'll ever fill in written reviews for all my read books on goodreads. A lot of them were read long ago and I don't really have a strong opinion about them one way or the other. It's harder to write a review for something I read one time years ago compared to a movie I saw a bunch of times as a kid. The "no character limit" on reviews at goodreads is also kinda intimidating...I feel guilty writing short ones
Very almost there with mine! Has taken a long time to catch up! Just three films left to write mini-reviews for: Babel, Waltz With Bashir and Garden State. Have decided to watch them again before writing.
