Few re-recordings of a song are as impressive as this is. Even Paul Simon was moved to express his appreciation of it to Disturbed and its lead singer, David Draiman. It's already been used in an episode of the Blacklist, and I saw an ice skating couple using a chopped up version of it, and The Blacklist used a divided version of it as well. So it looks like its up to Hollywood to do it right. Good luck with that.
I'd change one word in the lyrics to update it's relevance from 1970:
"And sign said the words of the prophets are written on the subway walls, and virtual halls"

Always thought this would be great for a thriller/fight scene:
(Jesus, this song is already 10 years old...)
