There's a bunch of accounts that give the ratings of films from other sites like imdb, mubi, letterboxd, etc and at least one that uses the averagethe criticker rating and assigns a rating out of 100 to a particular film. Do you ignore them to get better PSI's or do you like them and find they help?
For me personally, I kinda want to disable them because the whole point of a PSI is that they're 'personalized' based on individuals who have the closest taste to you not drawn from consensus accounts BUT at the same time, these accounts help me get PSIs to certain films that might only have 80 or 200 ratings for which I wouldn't have a PSI score otherwise so I'm reluctant to put them on the ignore list.
What does everyone think of accounts show ratings from other sites?

I put them on ignore. They're the only ones I ignore.

And just to confirm, putting them on the ignore list does remove them from affecting your PSIs correct?

Re: What does everyone think of accounts show ratings from other sites?
That's correct. I ignore them as well. I made a thread about it here.
The total list I have:
10kfilms
average50
avgcrtckr
filmaffinity
filmcricket
fresh
imdb
imdb-byvotes
imdbtv
letterboxdvo
meta critic
mubivotes
r/truefilm
rng
roger-ebert
rogerebert
rottentomat
slantmag
theyshootpic
tvcritic1
tvguide77
EDIT: My list above is outdated. My updated list is maintained in the other thread.

Thanks for the helpful list. Are you sure the Reddit TrueFilm account is an aggregate account or is it just the account of one person from there?
Same with the tvguide77, that seems like it might be a person instead of an aggregate.

I don't think r/truefilm is an aggregate bot so much as someone who rates films posted/discussed there. I'm assuming the score is based on the collective reception received by the subreddit (which is why I ignored), but I can't say for sure. If it is someone posting their own scores then I will remove them from the list and unignore them.
tvguide77 is an aggregate bot. Read the 2nd to last post on page 1 of the thread I linked by user imdbtv.

I honestly have no problem with them. If we have low TCIs, then I don't see why I should treat them differently than any other user, with similar tastes to me.

I agree with CosmicMonkey. Imagine a hypothetical user, who just happens to be the most average person on the planet, one who has ratings exactly like IMDB, should we ignore this user simply because their tastes are average?
I feel like the aggregate accounts are just another tool on the site by which we can measure our individual tastes. Even if, you have a high TCI compared to one of them, it doesn't mean that one of these accounts can't satisfy a certain degree of curiosity every now and then.
