Turns out I've only seen every Best Picture Nominee for 1994 and 1997. I've seen four from 1967 (missing Dr Doolittle), 1992 (missing A Few Good Men) and 2002 (missing The Hours). Other than that, it's three or fewer.
How do other people fare?

For Me, it's 2010, a year in which I specifically tried to watch all the Best Picture nominees before the Oscar ceremony. There are several years were I'm short by only one, though.

Re: For which years have you seen every Best Picture Nominee?
I have:
-2008: Slumdog Millionaire was the winner, my favorite was Milk
-2007: No Country for Old Men won, I would have picked There Will Be Blood
-1991: Silence of the Lambs won and I agree. I haven't ranked Beauty and the Beast, but I've seen it
Years where I am close: 2016 (seen everything except Hidden Figures), 2005 (except Brokeback Mountain), 2002 (except The Hours), 2001 (except Moulin Rouge!), 1999 (except The Cider House Rules), 1980 (except Coal Miner's Daughter), 1976 (except Bound for Glory), 1975 (except Barry Lyndon), 1974 (except Lenny), and 1967 (except for Doctor Doolittle).

1975 only. But I think MoviePass will make this my second year. I have four left to see.
edit: Now it's 1975 and 2017

Re: For which years have you seen every Best Picture Nominee?
Looks like only 1975 and 1997,there are some I really should have seen in the distant past but in recent years there's always one or two movies that I have no interest in and may never see. Last year it was Hacksaw Ridge, this year it is The Darkest Hour, still haven't seen Phantom Thread either though...

OK, to answer the question:
56, 57, 61, 62, 64, 70, 76, 90, 99, 00, 02, 03, 04, 09, 11, 13, 15.
And for over half of those missing years, I've only not seen one.

Your rankings seem to disagree...
