game: Guess the real-world equivalent from the movie image/clip (Can you find me a better title?)

Hi. Let me introduce an extended version of
"Guess the movie from the image".
Similar rules apply:
- 1. image is posted
- 2. optional, but very welcome: you should guess the movie
- 3. mandatory: you must guess the real-world equivalent of what the movie still frame or clip depicts
- 4. the winner should then post the next image within 24 hours (after that delay anyone can)
Examples:
- User 1 posts a still image of a movie scene showing a portrait on a wall.
User 2 replies: "This portrait is a recreation of the Mona Lisa painting and is seen in the movie X."
User 2 wins and posts a new still.
User 2 posts a still (image) of a movie scene with a dancer.
User 3 replies: "This is actor Z playing a guy trying to imitate Michael Jackson in the movie Y". (actor Z and movie Y are optional)
User 3 wins and posts a new still.
The point is that there needs to be a
3-step-relationship (
bold green text is the "real-world equivalent" to be guessed):
- • movie still image --> imitation of Mona Lisa painting --> Mona Lisa painting
- • movie still image --> Sheldon Cooper imitating --> Michael Jackson
- • movie clip --> dialogue --> quote by famous person

I'll start out with a bad example
because
(a) I'm afraid it's not quite possible to guess the movie because it's too unknown
(b) I don't know the real-world answer myself (the gamemaster should know).
So I hope you will come up with better ideas/images than myself.
Anyway, this image was so intriguing for me, that I had to throw it out there.
I'm pretty sure the actress mimics a very famous painting, a CD cover or a scene from an opera ... some cultural classic, most certainly. I'm sure it's part of general education.
I hope someone knows the correct answer:

lol, good guesses
(paulofilmo, your avatar almost qualifies as the answer.
I'm perplexed about the coincidence.)
I thought the picture would be easier to guess.
Anyone ?

Uh, pardon the confusion, but is the point of the game to guess something real
from a movie image?
So I'm looking at a movie image in the second post and I need a... what exactly is a "real-world equivalent". Is there a working example that can be given? Are the others close, have they got the right idea?
To me it looks like the woman is giving a teapot-pose (from
I'm a little teapot), so right now all I can think of is teapots.

Yes, they had the right idea, but my example was badly chosen. My apologies to everyone, I thought woman's pose referred to something famous. Apparently I was mistaken. What a shame.

YES, exactly.

Thanks for the suggestion. I added examples to the OP.

movie still:
The "real-world equivalent" is the (real-life) Mona Lisa painting:
So in this case the correct answer is:
"This image is a based on the the Mona Lisa painting and is seen in
The Mona Lisa Curse."
(again, the movie title is very welcome but optional)

The point is that there needs to be a
3-step-relationship:
- • movie still image --> imitation of Mona Lisa painting --> Mona Lisa painting
If that's too complicated, we could allow 2-step relationships as well as a way to keep the game going.
So in the example above, the real Mona Lisa would count, too, but just makes for a very easy riddle:
- • movie still image --> Mona Lisa painting

ok, trying to rekindle interest for this game with this (hopefully) better example:
Any guesses as to who this image shows (and optionally from which movie it is taken) ?
