Master thread for TV episode submission exemptions

It would be nice if there were some kind of stickied thread for requesting TV episode exemptions.

In the meantime I would like to request the documentary anthology series American Experience be added.

Thanks for that suggestion! We'll definitely think about adding that. For now, we've gone ahead and added American Experience to the list of exceptions
