[confirmed] orphaned private collections

There seem to be a lot of private collections in the orphaned collections.
I don't think they belong there, as AFAIK orphaned collections are disowned public collections.
Orphaned private collections should be deleted:

for example:

• 216 instances of "Criticker Wishlist" (private collections)
• 14 instances of "Featured Films" (private collections)
• 16 instances of "festival: [some festival]" (hidden collections)
• countless instances of "Ignored Films" (private collections)
• countless instances of "Submitted Films" (private collections)
• countless instances of "Remembered Films" (private collections)

You're correct about this. Private collections are supposed to be deleted when the user "disowns" them or deletes their account.

We're going to have to fix this issue up, and then clean the data to remove any orphaned private collections.

Alright, I think we've cleaned this one up! We're going to be monitoring it for awhile, to see if it reappears, but it should be all good.
