cannot rate a film

Encounter an error, or something which isn't working correctly? Please, let us know

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I understand... I'm just having a hard time reproducing the issue. It seems to work for me. Can you open up a console and look for Javascript errors, when the error occurs? That's the most likely culprit... if something is preventing the textbox from becoming active, it's likely to throw an error that's visible here. Until we're able to reproduce the issue in-house, it's going to be very difficult to pinpoint, without a specific error that's popping up.

I get this error in the console:

Yeah, unfortunately, that doesn't tell us too much.

Have you checked whether this is working in another browser? Or on a different computer? Or maybe when you're not logged in? Sorry, just trying to narrow it down :)
