Num ratings by decade

Not exactly a bug, but the graph of "Num ratings by decade" doesn't have the decades listed along the x-axis, unlike similar graphs (for example, the years are listed along this axis if a particular decade is selected).

Can you check this again, and provide a screenshot for how it's looking for you, if it's still not correct?
