0th percentile ratings

What's up with this? The same rating can be at the 0th percentile (gray) or the normal percentile (green).

Hmm, not sure what happened there! It seems to have been particular to this user, but we've manually regenerated their percentiles and it's looking better now.

Thanks for these extra examples -- I'm not going to fix these right away, so that we can dive in deeper and see if we can find what's causing this.
