See this user's 'most popular reviews'. The question marks there were previously stars of some kind, though there are stars (★) that appear fine in the user's 'bio' section, and they seem to be okay copy-pasting into one of my own user reviews.
The letter "u" with a macron (ū) is still rendered as a question mark in past reviews (see djross's review of Guilty of Romance), but the letter "o" with a macron seems to be okay (see Criteenque Movie Reviews' review of Tokyo Story). Not sure if that means you've already covered the rest of the macron'd letters and just haven't gotten to "u" yet.
The right name is "Pawel Kopinski". I don't think it had any accent marks or anything - so not sure why the question mark is appearing here. I am pretty sure this used to be fine earlier - I remember because I had submitted a correction to this description earlier.

This is most likely due to the Polish letters ł and ń (Paweł Kopiński would be the Polish spelling).
