I tried to create a public collection with the name "Escape room" for movies and shows about escape rooms, but was prevented from doing so because there was "already a public collection with that name". However, this is not the case. There is no such public collection; the page the site referred me to is for the specific franchise that began with Escape Room (2019).
It works fine going the other way--creating a new franchise with the same name as an existing public collection--and of course the database is already well-equipped to handle franchises and public collections with the same name: see Abbott and Costello, Wallace and Gromit, etc.

Re: Franchise/collection confusion
That's odd -- yeah, it shouldn't be considering Franchises for that check.
Must be something off in the logic at the collection creation stage. We'll take a look, and let you know when it's fixed!
