"Regenerate PSI's On This Page" Greyed Out

At the above link, when I click on "Regenerate PSI's On This Page", the PSIs regenerate. However, if I go to Page 2, the link is greyed out as though it has already been done.

I've noticed that whenever I click the Regenerate link, the url changes from the above, to this:

https://www.criticker.com/films/?year=2 ... atings&rgn

and when I go to the second page, the link should be this

https://www.criticker.com/films/?year=2 ... atings&p=2

but instead, is this

https://www.criticker.com/films/?year=2 ... s&p=2&rgn=

or this

https://www.criticker.com/films/?year=2 ... s&rgn=&p=2

And in order to regenerate the PSIs on that page, I have to manually delete the &rgn= from the URL.
