Is it just me or did this movie fly completely under the award radar?
I thought this movie was pretty good, had a great cast (Hoffman, Walken & Keener) who all did a wonderful job.
As a fan of classical music, i found the subject matter extremely fascinating and I rather enjoyed the ending.
I'm surprised this movie didn't get any love from the Academy or SAG.

I'm not too familiar with the exact rules, but I'm not sure it would qualify. I don't think it had a theatrical release until 2013.

It did have a limited release in Nov., and I've seen movies nominated with one showing at a film festival. If you figure out those rules, let us all know please.

When in doubt, I just google up the "Reminder List".

^ya, i guess this movie just didn't make the cut this year.
What a shame, it may not have been as good as Lincoln but it was definitely better than Silver Linings Playbook
