Salaam Bombay!
The film is under two hours long but feels much much longer. The direction and editing are the weakest parts of this movie. The acting is decent overall with Nana Patkar being the standout. In fact I think Nana is my favorite Indian actor even beating out Big B. Krishna was an interesting character but I really couldn't care less about the pimps, prostitutes, drug dealers, thieves, etc.. that populated the film. I've seen movie were they make those types of characters 3 dimensional but that was not the case here. I liked this movie but wasn't blown away by it.
