Special characters in franchise names

Special characters in franchise names

Ampersands (and possibly other punctuation) is replaced with its html character entity when assigning a franchise.

These two collections have the wrong name: (they should both be the same franchise)

Yeah, that definitely does not look right! We'll clean this one up, and look into fixing the underlying bug. Thanks!
