Geethu Mohandas

Shathru (Dileep) is appointed as the new manager of K. D. & Co., the business enterprise headed by Kannan (Suresh Gopi) and Dasappan (Lal), the two brothers who rule over the market town of Thenkasi, with their bravery and unity. There Shathru runs across Devootty (Kavya Madhavan), their younger sister who was his classmate in college and whom he had a crush on. When Devootty tells Shathru that she couldn't be with him unless her brothers have families, he sets out to get her brothers hooked up.

Albet Samson (Mohanlal), a middle-aged architect who clawed his way to prominence, however, doesn't have a meaningful private life with this wife Alice (Swetha Menon). Into this, comes Hilda Varghese (Nithya), a vivacious young woman to whom Samson had promised "a kingdom" when she was 12 years old. As Samson struggles with the destructive consequences of his monomaniacal pursuit & his growing fear of the new generation, the mysterious Hilda helps him gain a glimpse of his former robust self.

As a young adult, Neil (Prithviraj) had an overbearing mother, Margaret (Sheela), who complained about Neil's carefree ways & worried about finding a groom for Neil's gimpy & introverted sister Rose (Geethu Mohandas). Neil had brought home a friend, Freddy Evans (Tom George), to be introduced to Rose, but learning that Freddy was already engaged, saddens Rose & over time, she became more withdrawn & loses her sanity. Later in life, as a successful but troubled writer, Neil reminisces all this.

In a slum in Cochin, Chakrapani (Sreenivasan), a disabled beggar who is also a small-time moneylender, has an eye on Latha (Geethu Mohandas), who lives nearby with her two children, though she detests him. She works as a maid & dreams of a better future for her children. The slum dwellers are forced to evict their colony as part of beautifying the city & their pleas for help are ignored. Finally, desperation forces them to unite & raise their voice in protest, with Chakrapani as their leader.

Vinayachandran (Mohanlal), who joins the prestigious Preference School as a Malayalam teacher, approaches teaching with his unorthodox ways & prompts the students to be free thinkers, inviting the ire of the school management. On a personal level, his harmonious relationship with his wife Sindu (Samyuktha Varma) is threatened after Sindu's younger sister Bala (Geethu Mohandas) comes for a vacation & tries to copy Sindu's mannerisms & makes overtures towards Vinayachandran, in Sindu's absence.

A 4 year old girl, Deepa (Geethu Mohandas), strikes up a relationship with a stranger, whom she came to call 'Telephone Uncle', over phone conversations. Initially apprehensive of the relationship, Deepa's widow mom Aleena (Asha Jayaram), also grows fond of the stranger, who soon becomes an integral part of their lives, even without meeting in real life. However, unbeknown to them, the stranger carried a dark secret.

Vigneshwar aka Vicky (Prithviraj), college hero & college union chairman gets a raw deal when his girlfriend Anu Zacharias (Geethu Mohandas) mistakes him for having sheared the locks of her friend Meera, to go through with a bet. An indignant Anu snugs up to the new boy in college, Delhi-raised John Rose (Indrajith), which pisses Vicky off. Soon, John & Vicky end up being bitter rivals, but then it turns out that they were half brothers. Not knowing this however, they continue to fight it out.

Gauridasan (Mukesh), son of Brahmadattan (Rizabawa) of the Suryamangalam family, who was ousted by uncle Surya (Babu Nampoothiri) when he was a kid, returns to Suryamangalam without revealing his identity, to drive away a spirit which was bothering the family. When Gauridasan had to go to the land of Brahmadesham, where the spirit was bound years ago by his father, to defeat it, the spirit assumes the form of pretty Seemanthini (Geethu Mohandas) & gets close to him, with the aim of killing him.

Bubbly Nimisha (Jyothika) arrives for the wedding of her long time Brahmin friend Sreeni (Jayaram), only to realize halfway through the 7-day long festivities that she was really in love with Sreeni & couldn't stand losing him. Meanwhile, the bride-to-be Abhirami (Geethu Mohandas), also shared a similar pain, as she was forced into agreeing for the wedding with Sreeni, even though she was in love with Ambi (Indrajith), her musician father Nellai Ramaswamy's (Oduvil Unnikrishnan) favorite pupil.

An anthology film based on four stories about four women. "The Prostitute" gives up her profession for marriage, but is unable to prove her new status to the police. "The Virgin" marries a man from another village, but he takes everything from her except the one thing that was rightfully his. "The Housewife" has difficulty conceiving & her ex-flame offers himself as a surrogate stud. "The Spinster" is forced to go through life unmarried as her siblings get married & start their own families.

A village cook Ramji (Madhavan) goes to Australia to become a chef at a multi-millionaire Indian's home. Unfortunately, the millionaire dies of indigestion the day Ramji arrives, leaving him jobless with an expired visa. Desperate to stay and earn, he starts working illegally as a cook, but to stay on, he needs to get legal.A solution comes up when Damayanthi (Geetu Mohandas), a free-spirited biker, agress to marry the docile cook for a price.

Short-tempered Kamban (Uday Kiran) leaves home after a fight with his father, Valluvanar (Avinash), a famous upright politician, & gets conned by his father's political rivals into joining their party. Realizing his folly, he decides to stay away for a while & escapes to Colombo, Sri Lanka, where he meets the girl of his dreams, Shilpa (Vimala Raman), & egged on by a metaphysical character (K. Balachander), tries to win her heart.

Krishnan (Mammootty), the foster son of Saraswathiyamma (Sharada) of the famed Eeswaramangalam family has devoted his life to the service of Saraswathiyamma & looks after the affairs of the house with earnest & honesty. When Saraswathiyamma's biological children come over for a vacation, Krishnan & Saraswathiyamma are overjoyed, but their joys are short-lived when it turns out that Saraswathiyamma's children wanted to demolish the ancestral mansion & sell off the pieces.

Genius inventor Bharathan (Biju Menon) discovers a way to levitate objects using the power of nature, but starts to suffer amnesia about it soon after. As the scientists of the world look on, famed neuropsychiatrist G.R. Pandal (Suresh Gopi) is brought in from London to cure Bharathan. Pandal proposes a treatment, but which had the possible side effect of Bharathan forgetting his wife Geetha (Geethu Mohandas) completely. Initially opposed to the idea, Geetha is finally persuaded by Pandal.

M.L.A. Divakaran (Jayaram), an honest politician & a communist who works for the people, ruffles the feathers of a group of corrupt leaders of his party - Bharghavan (Vijayaraghavan), Komalan (Kalabhavan Mani), Sachidanandan (T.S. Raju) & Gopalji (Saikumar) - who seeks to marginalize & destroy Divakaran.
