Biography: Juliette Binoche is a French actress, who has appeared in more than 40 films since 1983. While appearing in amateur productions in her teens, Binoche studied acting. She became a leading actress firstly in French cinema with her role in the successful André Téchiné drama Rendez-vous, then gained international acclaim for her performance in The Unbearable Lightness of Being (1988).
