Biography: Kleber de Mendonça Vasconcellos Filho (Recife, November 22, 1968) is a Brazilian film director, producer, screenwriter and critic. His films O Som ao Redor and Aquarius were included in the prestigious list of the 10 best of the year by the American newspaper The New York Times, and the filmmaker's third feature film, Bacurau, won the Jury Prize at the Cannes Film Festival (2019).
