76 53% Bohemian Rhapsody (2018) - Feb 03, 2019
"Enjoyed this film a fair bit. Only things I have to pick at are Freddy's jaw, which looked a little overkill. Also the fact that they lipsynced to the original song, which is a small nitpick I'm aware but still..."
82 74% Titans (2018) - Feb 03, 2019
"Really enjoyed this film. I didn't have high expectations so I was pleasantly surprised. The acting was great, the pacing was alright save the last episode which was a bit wobbly."
87 94% Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010) - Feb 03, 2019
"I LOVE Edgar Wright. I've seen all his films so far save Baby Driver and loved every single one of them. The soundtrack for this film was brilliant. The acting was brilliant and the style in general was amazing"
74 48% Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald (2018) - Feb 03, 2019
"Fairly disappointing. The acting was alright but it felt a bit slow for me."
83 78% The Office (2001) - Dec 31, 2018
"Although the UK version captures the British charm I adore, I slightly preferred the US version. I think the character development was a lot more prominent in the US version."
84 83% The Office (2005) - Dec 31, 2018
"Although the first episode is a BEET for beat remake of the first episode of the UK show, the rest is a very different story and to be perfectly honest I enjoyed this one slightly more than the UK version."
85 87% The Good Place (2016) - Dec 25, 2018
"I adore this show! It introduced me to a whole new cast of actors who I now adore. The plot is simple but great, the acting is on point and It's SO BINGEABLE! I finished all three seasons in about three weeks because I found it so good."
82 74% Mortal Engines (2018) - Dec 25, 2018
"Although it's based on a book I haven't read I enjoyed it, however I'm sure that if I read the book I'd be disappointed. Thanks to a friend who has read the book I know that her scar is meant to be much bigger and is meant to disfigure her face. I'm fairly sure, as is often the case when it comes to character injuries and (call me crude) but it's because they need a hot protagonist. But overall it had a good performance from the cast, good screenplay and decent plot, I would recommend."
77 56% The Holiday (2006) - Dec 25, 2018
"Usually I don't enjoy Rom-coms however this one, with it's star cast and surprisingly well-written screenplay really won me over."
83 78% 21 (2008) - Dec 09, 2018
"I walked into this film with low expectations, however I was pleasantly surprised. Usually films based on true stories are trash to me but this one was one of the gems in that genre. The acting was great, with specifically great performances from Kevin Spacey, Jim Sturgess, Kate Bosworth & Laurence Fishburne. The plot was engaging and exiting and overall I really enjoyed the film."
