"I thought this would show Kinski somehow convincing the African king to restart the slave trade, or convincing the king not to kill him, but everything that happens to him is pure luck (or lack thereof). He's first given 300 slaves for no reason. He's saved from execution without saying a word. He reopens slavery through an agreement with a usurper feigning insanity (wide open eyes is the laziest insanity portrayal ever). The battle preparation scene was cool, but they never even have to fight"

"Jenna Walton is in Algebra 2 AND AP Calc? Bullshit! but I'll let it slide because she's the hottest girl I've seen on screen in a long time "

"(Spoilers) Hanks would still be alive if he had just finished off Jude Law in the hotel room when he had the chance. I also felt that Daniel Craig's motivation was paper thin. He was jealous of Hanks and his son's relationship? He met the kid for all of 30 seconds. Gorgeous interior photography though"

"The most accurate on-screen portrayal of the vivid colors and breathing visuals of psychedelics (more acid than shrooms but still). The Wicker Man might just edge this out for the better ending, but everything before it is much better"

"I enjoyed this but this portrayal of Zuckerberg is nothing like him in real life. That's fine though because a factual portrayal would've made for a very (different?) movie. That guy is creepy"

"Pete Davidson should take roles like this more often, but who told Ben Mendelsohn that accent was a good idea?"

"He should’ve robbed the shit out of the songwriter’s house and paid off his rent. Hell, he probably could’ve moved in without anyone noticing "

"The movie does a good job of showing why Gosling would settle for this relationship, but their marriage was doomed from the start. I could never raise someone else's kid, but ironically that had nothing to do with their downfall. I can't help but feel that the majority of the blame goes to Williams' character. In real life her marriage only lasted a year (hmmm). I do admire the pacing of the two timelines, allowing their highs and lows to juxtapose"
