Avant-garde science fiction set in a bizarre, dystopian future world. The title character is a tall, leather-clad secret agent from the nation of Monica, skilled in assassination and acrobatics. Boy, did this show's subject matter ever get more bizarre as its format got more conventional. However its magnum opus to me isn't one of the crazy half hour shows but rather the 'Tide' short, a conceptual wonder of iron-fisted storytelling economy.

This one is a hard one to peg. It's artistic and strange and interesting. Sometimes it feels a bit like it's trying too hard and is overly confusing but it never feels boring. I may rewatch.

A truly odd collection of short story episodes set in a future cyberpunk dystopia. I never pretended to understand half of what this show was trying to convey, and I'm pretty sure the creators felt the same. But I think I managed to understand more of it than the folk who made that godawful live-action movie atrocity.

This was really dull for something that's ostensibly avant-garde and weird.

More known for being bizarre than being cohesive. I couldn't get into it. If it was trying to convey some deep message, it was lost in the oddity.

She may as well have a dildo hanging out of her gee the way she's dressed. Apart from that, the animation style is grotesque and disgusting and there basically is no plot.

Sometimes great, sometimes terrible, always surreal and obtuse. More enjoyable for its peak cyberpunk aesthetic than anything else.

Seasons 1&2: 2/5. Season 3: 1/5. The first two seasons were weird in a good way; season 3 added story and dialogue, both severely lacking.

Barely intelligible, but a benchmark cyberpunk artwork, which reminded me a little bit of the Deus Ex game, being both dated and almost impenetrably esoteric in tone, like something alien.
