Equal parts Scream and Beverly Hills, 90210. In fantasy space. With fantasy science. And a lotta real problems.

So batshit insane and uneven that it's almost a masterpiece of entertaining nonsense. The millennial in space theme is real and it's hilarious at times. Aside from the obvious annoying stupidity there are some genuinely cool, spooky, fun moments. Sackhoff is pretty good, most of the rest of the cast is not.

Season 2 much better

Is it a smartly written show? No, not particularly, but the characters are still interesting, and the visuals are incredible, and there's just a lot of fun sci-fi stuff in this show.

What the frak. Starbuck has really gone downhill. It was terrible.

The first episode was interesting, but I hate my self for watching the whole season. It is borderline awful with a horrible cast led by Sackhoff who is just as bad as in BSG. (1 season)

Prime puntate abbastanza avvincenti, poi man mano si banalizza. I personaggi hanno poco spessore, ci sono tante ingenuità e nessun contenuto originale, ma per gli amanti del genere è accettabile.

Initially a bit compelling, it quickly descends into a mish-mash of bad science and teen (early twenties?) angst. Completely beyond belief that any of the characters would be assigned these critical roles in the space program or otherwise. Overacted and underwritten, melodramatic pseudo science. Katee Sackoff does the best she can with sub par material. Forgettable about 10 minutes after you turn it off. Boo. Hiss. Bad Netflix! Bad!

I barely made it through Nightflyers, this is much worse. Maybe can second screen through the rest of the first episode. Casting, characters, and science is all bad. 90 minutes of sci-fi schlock can be fun occasionally, but 8 or 10 hours?

Bad and not in a good way. Every scene is overacted, and although the story starts of promising it quickly descends into something seen a dozen times before. So in short the series is a vessel for c grade actors that could only have another life on Netflix
