Come Back, Little Sheba

Beautifully mounted adaptation of the Inge play is somewhat constrained by the trappings of 70s TV in the initial stages, but finds its feet after half an hour, and gradually builds to a shattering (and terrifying) deneumont, thanks mostly to scorching performances from Olivier and Woodward. The other actors (including Fisher) appear to be window dressing only by comparison, but do ably support their stars.
