Edward VIII: The Plot to Topple a King

Well hardly the great revelation it portrayed itself to be. The Archbishop did not like Edward VIII, said so, and gloated when he did not become king. What a surprise! Given revealed documents in other controversies (Edward VIII maintained wartime contacts with the Nazis and supplied military secrets on the weaknesses in the Ardenne sarea, complicit in the attempt on his brother etc.) this was very small fry.
