Alongside a handful of other recognizable names and faces, Sally Fields shines as the "scream queen" in this solid 70's made-for-TV proto-slasher mystery/thriller. Although this holiday murder/mystery can get a bit too melodramatic at times, for the most part the drama and suspense are handled well enough to keep viewers engaged. Worth a lazy watch for those seeking a forgotten low-rent holiday horror to watch with the in-laws this Christmas.
