On the list of most groundbreaking sitcoms, this one is certainly at or near the top - it basically created the genre and its tropes as we know them today. And it's still pretty funny, too.

You insult me, fellow mini-reviewers. You INSULT me! This is quality programming, spoil sports.

Ball is annoying crazy person who is not funny other than a few physical comedy pieces. It must have sucked hard to be alive and only have shows like this to watch. No wonder people just fucked all the time and shat out like 9 kids.

Perfection. The great-grandmama of every sitcom that came after it. Its humor and themes of the foibles of married life and the differences between the sexes are timeless and just as funny today because they are universal.

I would rate this 100, but I feel it did go a little downhill as the series progressed. However, overall one of the best sitcoms of all time and it really set the bar.

I admire Lucille Ball as a comic actor, and I appreciate the influence, but this is boring as hell to actually watch.
