Legend of the Seeker looks like it was shot on a budget, and the acting is a bit spotty, but the costumes, fantasy elements, and story are great. The show did have a cheesy quality that felt slightly out of place in 2008, but once you get past it, there's a lot to like. Spence and Bethell were probably the best actors, and Parker seemed to enjoy hamming it up.

A preeeettttyy daaarrn loose adaptation of the early Sword of Truth novels, mostly using their core characters and lore as kind of a springboard for Hercules/Xena-esque weekly adventures. Kinda dumb and clearly shot on a budget, but sucker for fantasy and swords and sorcery that I am I still enjoyed it.
