Sengoku Nadeko, a junior high student, pursues her dream of painting until an unforeseen time constraint forces her to complete "The Four Sengoku Nadekos" - a depiction of unrestrained youth.
Nadeko Sengoku, accompanied by Ougi Oshino, arrives at 701 Middle School after being sighted in her uniform. Despite her anxiety, she enters the school and encounters an unexpected scene.
Inspired by her conversation with Sodachi Oikura, Nadeko was heading to the Araragi residence to secure Meek Nadeko. Meanwhile, Yotsugi, who had gone in the other direction to look for God Nadeko, was heading toward North Shirahebi Shrine.
Nadeko ponders how to secure the rest of the Shikigami Nadekos, prompting Yotsugi to remind her of her original purpose. To settle the situation and achieve their objectives, the two are headed to the place for the final battle.
With the help of Yotsugi Ononoki, Nadeko Sengoku finally met God Nadeko. After that, the place Nadeko heads to in order to end the story is the location where Koyomi Araragi used to be.
