Illuminating in that this reveals much of the Tory frothing about Europe/Brexit is wound up with a bizarre Freudian mother syndrome so many Tories have for Thatcher, and the need for revenge against her pro-EU topplers. Then bizarrely, after demonstrating the damage it's doing to the Tories and the UK, Portillo declares for the Farage/hard Brexit camp. It'd be like a US equivalent investigating what went wrong with the GOP, then at the end the doc maker announcing himself to be a believer in Q.
