Awkwardly titled documentary never rises above corporate instruction video tropes, but its impassioned call to arms to improve the internal processes of an internationally failing health system is a worthy cause and the alarming (but sadly unsurprising) statistics quoted make for sobering viewing. Finale dealing with practical and pragmatic solutions to the issues raised is heartening, and while the film really fails as 'entertainment', it has enough good will to get itself over the line.
