The Taming Of The Shrew

Superb, rowdy Shakespeare production is about as perfect a version of this play as you could hope for - the minimalist, rustic sets give it intoxicating "period flavour", and the cast is uniformly tight, headed by Singer and Olster, with some unexpectedly great clowning from Boen in support. Passionate, exciting and highlighted by the gasp inducing wooing scenes; the live audience reactions only adds to the atmosphere and enjoyment.
