Definitely one of the more fun episodes of Masters of Horror. A bit overacted in parts by "The Washingtonians," but it really doesn't detract too much from an interesting premise.

I guess I'll never forget this movie... Bush on the 1$ banknotes, G.W. founding a cannibalistic nation, B.F.'s shredded ribcage... Bizarre, funny and politically controversial (or not?:) )

Our first President was...a cannibal? Gah?! I wonder if those children tasted like chicken...(Also, sounds like something that would be in a National Treasure movie. ::rolls eyes::)

I disliked everything about this stupid story.

It may be original, but originality in story is not precedent for a good movie. It's originality is, in fact, the only thing it has going for it, other than that it's utterly bland, and rather tame, especially for a horror movie. I also don't have it in me to find men in powdered wigs scary, only comical, although that may have been intended.

Really interesting concept. Fun to think about and makes you go, "huh, what if this was real? that would really be something" Those wooden teeth though. hahahahaha

Tongue in cheek black humor works here. Not bad.

The idea is so absurd it's actually fun and original, but the gag doesn't work that good to keep you interested for the whole episode, the horror is not specially well done. Maybe could have worked better as a short or a comedy sketch.

"Wanted: 30-40 extras to play comical, ghastly, powdered-wig wearing cannibal revolutionaries. Spots reserved for those with especially filthy dentures."
