Office Uprising

A fresh take on the tired zombie theme. Campy comedy horrors are barely tolerable, but this one is sometimes clever. Brenton Thwaites was entertaining and Jane Levy is always a treat. Lots of stupidity, violence and gore. Good music, and mostly good production quality. The humor is moderately funny with a couple laugh out loud moments. Overall, a lot of stupid fun, but definitely not for kids.

good movie

I very seldom enjoy action/comedy and horror. This one however was pretty alright taken at face value going in knowing the genres.

Too close to ripping off rather than referencing its forebears. That said, it's pretty competently made. Likeable cast.

The cast of Office Uprising appealed to me more than the movie itself. The satire of corporate hierarchy is funny but limited, and the structure shares a few too many similarities with Shaun of the Dead. The dialogue and action is mediocre, and the overall look is cheap-ish. A few laughs, but nothing new nor thoroughly impressive.

Nice black comedy with some laughs.
