Strange Boarders (1938) stars Tom Walls, who looks like a right English gentleman with a funny face, in a light snooper. The final act is rather good, but the road there lacks the same flair, and not enough of Walls being a dirty old man, even if he has both Renée Saint-Cyr & Googie Withers to grasp. In other words, not among Tom Wall's best, but it has it's moments.
