The forest is about to stone. Trolls who are bad and gnomes who are good are enemies to the each other but have to join the forces to fight back the almost certain death.

Thomas, in the autumn of his life, lives a simple and isolated life in his below-street level apartment. He doesn't venture outside very often; and when he does, the outside world reminds him of his advanced age, his loneliness, and times he would not want to remember.

Santa and his helpers discover a mysterious letter sent by a little boy. The letter has a drawing of the boy's christmas wish but neither Santa nor his elves seem to know what the drawing means. While Santa and his friends try to figure out the meaning of the drawing, strange things start to occur in the village of Santa Claus. It is almost like someone is trying to sabotage Christmas. But who could it be?
