Charlie and Rhonda are a sweet and comfortable married couple on vacation with their lovely daughter Daphne. They find a rundown boarding house and its haggard owner, Joseph, an ex-con whose mother has just died and left him the house. In this sequel to Alien Avengers, alien vigilantes Charlie and Rhonda are paroled from prison after serving 2 years for the murders of multiple criminals. They travel to the small town of Justice, Arizona. The sheriffs of Justice keep getting their heads cut off, and tales of alien abduction and probing are rampant. Charlie and Rhonda become the new sheriffs and try to clean up the town, while their daughter Rita and her boyfriend Joseph return to Earth to look for them.
