Theofilos Ferekis (Michaelidis), the new Minister of Health, has trouble talking in public. So, he hires a liar, Theodoros Parlas, (Papaspiliopoulos) to deal with the people who voted him and now expect a favor in return. But Theodoros's lies, initially absolutely succesful, now begin to bring them more trouble.
