She is mostly known, outside of Iceland, for her role as Vanessa in the television series Da Vinci's Demons (2013) (2013-2015), as Varya in Anna Karenina (2012), as Eik in the Icelandic film Life in a Fishbowl (2014), and as Lillie in The Ottoman Lieutenant (2017).
