Lina Braake is 81 years old. As the owner of the house, in which she lives, dies, the house falls to the bank. She is thrown out and has to live in a retirement home. There she meets the 84 years old Gustav, who used to be a banker. He helps her to realize her dream, to live in Sardinia, and they work on a plan to take revenge on the bank.

Werner, a successful single without family, meets Angelika, a divorced mother with three children, of whom especially the eldest daughter, teenager Tanja, is very difficult. Very soon, Werner marries Angie and she and her children move in his house, to the horror of the housekeeper, Frau Rabe. (imdb)
